Uw intern transport op orde met een snellooppoort. U hebt een bedrijf in de detailhandel of grootindustrie, en wilt de interne logistiek meer efficiënt inrichten? Dan is een snellooppoort de ideale oplossing voor uw bedrijf. Dit type poort, ook wel een snelrolpoort of snelroldeur genoemd, kan de stromingen van de interne logistiek aanzienlijk verbeteren. Wat snelrolpoorten precies doen en zijn? Snellooppoorten zijn doeken die verticaal bewegen, en op hoge snelheid een toe- of doorgang kunnen sluiten en openen.
Waarom? De naam ‘snellooppoort’ verklapt eigenlijk al het grote voordeel van dit type industriële poorten. Het openen en sluiten van een snelrolpoort gebeurt op grote snelheid, tot wel 1 m/sec. Snel geopende poorten beperken de luchtverplaatsing tot een minimum, wat bij uitstek geschikt is voor gekoelde of verwarmde ruimten. Daarnaast hoeven medewerkers tijdens hun werkzaamheden bij snelrolpoorten niet lang te wachten totdat deze geopend of gesloten zijn. Snellooppoorten hebben ook het grote voordeel zelfherstellend en flexibel te zijn, waardoor het geen kwaad kan als iemand ertegenaan loopt of rijdt.
Voor binnen of buiten. Voor iedere situatie is er wel een snellooppoort denkbaar, dankzij de veelzijdige eigenschappen en ijzersterke kwaliteit. Welke snelrolpoort het beste tot zijn recht komt, is voornamelijk afhankelijk van het gekozen doek. Zo zijn er doeken die alleen geschikt zijn voor binnen, maar snelrolpoorten met een van de lichtste doeken (Pack: 900 gram/m²) zijn ook zeer geschikt voor buitendeuren doordat ze windsnelheden tot wel 140 km/u aankunnen.
De veelzijdige eigenschappen van snellooppoorten. De isolerende kenmerken van
bachen bepalen de diverse toepassingsmogelijkheden. Voor een vriescel is bijvoorbeeld. De eerste heeft een doek van drie centimeter dik, terwijl het tweede type snelloper een dubbel doek heeft waartussen hete lucht als isolatielaag wordt geblazen. Door een oprolpoort te combineren met bijvoorbeeld een motor en geleiders die verwarmd worden, voorkomt u ijsvorming in de vriescel zoveel mogelijk.
